What is an exploratory Drain & Clean
Service typically includes temporary fish holding, controlled draining, muck and debris removal, appropriate pressure washing, cleaning accessible pumps and filtration, standard startup treatments, refilling, and safely returning the fish.
Once the pond is clean, we evaluate visible liner and edges, rockwork, plumbing, pumps, filtration, electrical connections, water loss, and other accessible components. Findings and recommended next steps are explained before separate repair work is authorized.
When an Exploratory Service Makes Sense
This service is especially helpful for inherited ponds, neglected systems, recurring water-quality problems, suspected leaks, unknown equipment, or ponds that have not been professionally cleaned in years. Repairs, replacement parts, filter media, and major corrective work are quoted separately.
